Does it hurt?
No. On Low, the sensation is a mild warmth, like a heated stone. Medium and High feel warmer but should never sting. Start on Low.
Is it safe for darker skin tones?
Yes. Radiofrequency heats water in tissue, not pigment, so it is suitable for all skin tones.
Who should not use it?
Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, with a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, metal implants in the treatment area, active cancer, or an autoimmune condition. Avoid open wounds and cold sores, and wait two weeks after injectables, peels, or laser. Do not treat directly over the thyroid.
Can I use it around my eyes?
Yes, on Low, over the orbital bone. Avoid the eyelid itself.
How long does a charge last?
About 90 minutes of treatment — roughly seven sessions. A full charge takes two hours in the cradle.
Will it cause facial fat loss?
The Eclipse targets the dermis, not the fat layer beneath it, and delivers controlled, lower-energy heating than in-clinic systems.
Do I need the serum?
Any water-based serum or gel works as a conductive layer. Ours is formulated to glide and to hydrate while you treat.
How long is shipping?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from the US. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days; tracking is emailed when the order leaves.
What is the warranty?
One-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact support with your order number and we'll replace the unit.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the plate and body with a soft damp cloth after each session. No alcohol on the electrode plate.
